Buy a New Home or Stay Put and Upgrade?

September 9, 2026
Back to Blog

Homeowners are increasingly choosing to stay put and renovate, according to a recent financial survey.

With interest rates holding above 6%, many homeowners with low interest rates are deciding to wait on buying a new home.

Over 40% of homeowners surveyed said that renovating their current home is the most realistic housing option over the next few years.

If you are considering home renovation of your current residence, I have financing options for you up to $500,000 with home equity loans.

I'm happy to talk with you about your options. Please give me a call or send me an email.
